Luxury boutique manager - W&J

My client is a luxury watch and jewellery retailer who focuses heavily on watch making as well as its branding position and awareness. With their growth in business, they are currently looking for a boutique manager for Hong Kong or Macau to head up the boutique's operations.
You are required to perform the following:
1. Sales:
-To achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets
-To achieve overall gross margin targets
-Established clientele expected
2. Management:
-To train the boutique staff
-To ensure proper attire, grooming and behavior in line with the brand's guidelines
-To ensure the boutique is maintained in perfect condition
3. Customer Relations Management:
-To serve the customer according to brand's standards
-To build a strong customer relationship and loyalty
-To acquire a relevant customer database, convert into sales transaction and retain
the customer for future transactions
4. After Sale Service:
-To implement brand's service strategy
-To handle all customer's enquiries and complaints
5. Inventory Management::
-To ensure adequate and complete assortments at the boutique
-To propose product ideas to management
To be a successful candidate:
-Five years of luxury retail sales and management experience is needed, preferably
experience in selling high end watch
-Ability to motivate, develop and cultivate a team
-Sales driven and strong in people management skills
-Experience with high profile clients, PR events, and ability to network is required
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), as you are required to communicate with HQ directly
-Less experience would be considered as Assistant Boutique Manager
