To achieve strong, sustainable leadership positions is a basic requirement to offer potential profit growth. And due to increasing business demands in China, a need for a Group Finance Controller had arisen.



Directly report to global CFO you need to take responsibility of managing the Financial Control, Planning, Reporting and Analysis function of China. You are also responsible for establishing the financial control policy, procedure and KPIs, as well as the implementation of regular performance tracking mechanism to support China for the long and short term operation effectiveness, business growth and profit targets.



To make achievement, you are supposed to have more than 10 years solid working experience in accounting, audit and finance field, and minimum 5 years proven successful experience with very sophisticated planning, reporting and analysis operations. and preferably with relevant industry knowledge. Besides a multinational companies senior management position holding is a must.
