Service Design Manager

My Edinburgh based retail banking client are currently recruiting for a service delivery manager to join the customer service division in Edinburgh.



With a background in implementing loans customer processes, you will be responsible for ensuring that all change initiatives within the area are managed and are in line with operational needs within the business.

With an operational management background, you will have the ability to implement end to end processes for the delivery of customer service - specifically in loans. You will be responsible for internal stakeholder management as well, addressing areas of improvement, people management and third party relationship management.

This is a senior role that will enable you to be an important member of the area and develop your managerial skills.



This is a fixed term contract that will run until December 2015.
