A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Valuations Surveyor to join a national property consultancy at a time of growth in their London office.

Sanderson Weatherall LLP is a leading independent practice of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants with offices in London, Leeds, Newcastle upon Tyne, Manchester, Teesside & Bristol and around 200 staff, including 136 surveyors and valuers.

This is an important role within the London office, specialising in Commercial Valuations and some residential. There will be access to a mix of work - including for both prime and secondary property. You will have at least 5 years' PQE, will be a RICS Registered Valuer and have recent experience in the provision of Red Book commercial and residential valuations within private practice.

To begin with, you will take on the existing workload of commercial and some residential valuations (both of which there are plenty) so there is a need for someone diligent with strong attention to detail who can produce high quality work quickly

. You will be a "self-starter" with a strong wish to progress your career - this is a place you can really make your mark an ultimately grow your area of the business and progress your career.

Working alongside three partners in London, this role will change as the recovery continues and it is planned that you will grow your area of business, and recruit a team of more junior surveyors beneath you.
