An amazing job opportunity for a newly qualified Surveyor with around a year's PQE to join one of the major West End consultancies' respected Valuations team and specialise in Commercial Valuations.

The ideal candidate will be a fully Chartered Surveyor and ideally a Registered Valuer with up to a year's PQE (but we will look at APC candidates that are due to sit in the autumn) with the chance for you to get involved with all sorts of commercial valuations.

Reporting to a Partner in a sub-team of 3-4 people, you will benefit from the bespoke training and expertise they can offer, while having the chance to begin to build your own relationships with clients, and work with the wider team on a range of projects across a variety of sectors.



The successful Chartered Surveyor will be responsible for assisting on general commercial valuation instructions for a wide variety of clients, including the scope to get involved with periodic portfolio valuation mandates. You will prepare valuations and provide strategic advice on commercial property throughout the UK and taking day-to-day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision.
