HP Labs- System Security Analyst Intern

United States, US - Computer Hardware, Computer Software, Information Technology and Services

Primary responsibility will be daily monitoring of an R&D network security tool, analyzing the tool’s output to identify actionable issues found within the R&D computing infrastructure. Work with general R&D staff to mitigate and remediate known/straightforward security issues, reporting results back to the R&D security team. Additionally investigate, manage and document escalation of any complex security issues identified.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Applicant should have a solid background in standard computer operating systems, with an emphasis on Windows/Linux security, familiar with standard computer/network forensic tools and have good communication skills.
