This is a new opportunity to work with an established contractor with a long-standing reputation for quality delivery of commercial projects throughout Australia. With live work on a number of WA's most high profile projects, significant tender activity, business growth has created an opportunity for an experienced, high calibre Estimating Manager to join the team in Perth



This newly created role will be reporting directly to the State Manager and working closely with an established estimating team. Coupled with carrying out a wide range of duties throughout the estimating process, the main focus of this role is supporting the estimating team so they are able to drive the project submission and therefore it is essential you understand the full construction process



To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrable experience estimating commercial projects within the WA market up to the value of $80m. You will be familiar with generating and reviewing tender documents, coordinating and presenting variation claims and be able to identify direct and indirect cost estimates. Previous experience managing a team of estimators is essential for your success in this position
