Job Decription:
- HP’s EG is in process of executing a highly visible transformational program called Ignite. This is a key role within the Ignite program that will help shape strategic direction of the EG business
- The person in this role will have substantial visibility to senior management and be a driver of organizational change
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with senior business leaders and external consulting partners to define and implement the EG transformation initiative(s) to support long range business objectives
- Translate an integrated set of business priorities into an initiative framework
- Develop implementation strategies that address business requirements and engage appropriate teams that will deliver right outcomes
- Direct the planning and execution of a subset of initiatives (across regions, business units and/or functions) to develop timely and actionable recommendations
- Oversee data-driven analyses to validate hypotheses or challenge status quo
- Plan for and execute high quality change management
Develop governance, reporting, communications, and operational policies for the initiatives to ensure alignment with overall transformation efforts
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience that includes large scale and complex business transformations
- Experience with organizational and cultural change programs
- Proven ability to collaborate across a matrixed operation environment and effectively influence a diverse set of stakeholders and business leaders across regions and functions
- Track record of building high performance cohesive teams across matrixed organization
- Management consulting experience (e.g, Accenture, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, McKinsey, PWC) preferred
- Advance University degree; MBA preferred
