Business Change Manager - Financial Services



Our National market leading client has a fantastic contract opportunity within their Change Delivery Team for an experienced Contract Business Change Manager. The key purpose of the Business Change Manager role is to support their Group Change function in planning and delivering business change activity associated with both strategic initiatives and additional, centrally managed, project and programme activity.



The Business Change team is responsible for providing support and guidance for all business change management activities across the group. This includes supporting the embedding, maintenance and refining the related methodologies, processes and tools associated with governing and delivering Business Change across the group.



If you possess the below skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

* Graduate or equivalent academic qualification

* Ability to manage multiple initiatives at various phases of development in a complex regulatory environment

* Ability to motivate teams to achieve milestones and performance targets

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Proven experience of delivering business change in creative and innovative ways

* Proven experience of delivering business change in programmes in excess of £10 million

* Proven experience in leading change in teams in a dynamic environment (>20 people)

* Ability to engage and empathise with business functions being supported - whilst balancing perspective with wider portfolio and business requirements

* Proven experience in articulating business change requirements during project definition

* Knowledge across key aspects of complex business change management

* Proven experience of delivering change in a central change, project delivery or IT function

* Knowledge of Financial Services or similar organisations (Highly Desirable)
