This is a global leading Hi-tech company, HQ in USA. To incubated NGO in China and to advance cross-sector collaboration across social sector and technology industry to create shared social and business value with their success of the business, they are now seeking a CSR Manager in China Beijing



In this challenging role, you should be highly creative, motivated and passionate self-starter to lead company social innovation efforts in China, from strategy formulation to program creation and implementation, to position company as a thought leader to catalyze China's smart, inclusive and sustainable development through technology, to support company reputation, license to operate and market access in China; You will be also required to forge strategic alliance among policy elites, business leaders, NGO's, academia and development agencies to align vision, mission and actions for collective impact;



As the successful candidate, you should have diverse background in business, corporate marketing, technology and solution management with leading MNC's is essential together with strong public/social sector network and experience; Prior business & technology experience a definite with at least 15 years of related work experience; Strong strategic and business acumen, entrepreneurial skills is highly desired with a proven track record in leading strategic cross-sector ecosystem efforts. Strong program management and partnering & influencing skills to drive cross-organizational agenda and bring multi-facet programs into fruition; Strong organizational, interpersonal and relationship building skills; Excellent communications, public speaking and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
