Our client is looking to make an immediate appointment for a 3 month contract based at Onslow on the Wheatstone project with a 3:1 Roster. As a contract services provider they have over 100 full time employees on site plus additional sub-contract staff.



As Industrial Relations Advisor you will be responsible for managing relationships and employee conditions between the business and its employees. The position interfaces with a variety of contacts including unions, industrial representatives, tribunals, business managers and employees. Responsibilities include interpreting relevant industrial legislation, investigating disciplinaries and grievances, performance management, workforce planning, mobilisations and demobilisations, inductions and training delivery.



Previous experience as a specialist in Industrial Relations is essential to be considered for this opportunity as is a degree level qualification in a relevant discipline. You will have a consultative style and demonstrate a keen ability to develop strong relationships at a variety of levels.
