An ideal candidate would speak native-level Japanese and business-level English. He or she would have a minimum 5 years of experience at an international organization would. This person should be like a chameleon-he or she would act both as a hands-on & strategic business partner. This person should not be afraid to brainstorm and implement changes. Along with other senior management, this person would be one of the "masterminds" of the newly transformed business.
