To ensure continuous growth, my client is inviting a highly capable professional to join the business as a Performance Management Director.
Working with a team of result driven professionals, you will be responsible for overseeing the annual performance management planning process. You will work closely with local entities in analysing and setting realistic KPIs to support annual business plans. A key part in this role is to monitor business performances and to provide meaningful commentary for senior management. You will also be involved in providing input into the performance appraisal against the initial set targets.
To be part of this exciting growing business, you will have solid experience in driving performance management gained from an insurance business environment. You will be an individual with solid experience in life insurance operation with comprehensive understanding in insurance products, distribution channels and strategy projects. As a highly analytical individual, you will be able to handle complex data and deliver timely and insightful management information. With your 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, you will have an opportunity to work with a true market leader within the life insurance industry.
