Hays are recruiting for an experienced and passionate payroll officer to work a long term assignment for this global organisation based in the eastern suburbs.



Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities: Processing a high volume of payroll time sheets, calculation of leave, terminations and back pays, answering phone and email enquiries in a timely manner, interpreting various awards and EBA's, and other payroll related tasks as required.



To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following skills: Exposure to high volume environment of over 500 employees, experience with interpreting various awards and EBA's, end to end Payroll background from new hires to terminations, high attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a large team.
