Our client is fast growing and highly reputable principal medical device company in China. To further strengthen the business growth in the Asia Pacific region, a high performing regional sales manager with IVD products exposure is welcomed to the team.
Reporting to the Global Sales Director. As a regional sales manager, your key focus is to established sales objectives by planning and implementing strategic sales plans, feed internal teams with first hand market news, drive business growth from existing distributors and establishing new distributor partnership of the designated region. You will manage the regional team, coach and drive the team to achieve the best performance as well as achieving the sales targets. You will also meet with external stakeholders and participating events like exhibitions and annual sales meetings.
To be successful, you will have at least 5 years sales and managerial experience in IVD products. Candidates with APAC sales experience is highly preferable. You will be result-oriented, strong in leadership management and negotiation, successful track record in achieving sales targets. Fluency in English is a must, an additional language will be a plus.
