Assistant Event Manager, Business School

A famous and leading China-based international business school ranked among the Top 25 business schools worldwide is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Event Manager in Beijing.
In this role, you will coordinate and plan events and activities for EMBA Students and Alumni, plan and organize EMBA program, supports alumni clubs and associations, including class opening and graduation ceremony, overseas EMBA trip, company visits, marketing co-seminar events etc
The position requires at least 5 years work experience in Media and Event planning in a B2C, customer facing projects. You have a minimum Bachelor degree from top Universities and excellent written and spoken English skills. You are strong in media, event planning creativity and passion for a career in Top business school with strong drive for quality and excellence. Good team work spirit and proactive work attitude.
