My client a leading logistics provider is looking to recruit a billings clerk on temporary basis with a view for permanency. This is a newly created role within a busy logistics provider. My client is looking for an experienced candidate who will be able to coordinate their billings/ invoices across several states. On a daily basis you will create invoices, check client billing information, ensure the correct pricing is applied,. deal with invoice queries, work with external clients to provide them with billing information and create reports and statements. Other duties will include; support and month end, reconciliations, exporting data into excel and manipulation of data. You will also help set up new systems and procedures and develop better ways of working. Experience in Billings is essential



This is a great opportunity to work as part of a busy finance team that is going through positive changes and taking on more responsibilities and challenges. Experience in Tech One ( Finance One) is preferred but not essential.
