This growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offer a wide variety of courses to their students. They have huge plans for extension over coming months.



Due to this growth, an experienced Training Coordinator is required to ensure a smooth efficient process.



Reporting to the Training Team Leader you will provide support to the students and answer any questions on a day to day basis. You will need to be self motivated and use your advanced knowledge of the Vettrak training system to maintain accurate records of student achievements and issue certification where required. You will work closely with the other members of the team to ensure all student records are accurate and the administration of all tasks is done with accuracy and excellent attention to detail.



To be considered for this role you must have previously worked in a RTO environment and be confident in using the Vettrak system. You will have superior communication skills and an outgoing personality where you can adapt your approach to each student in order to address their needs.
