Our client is a German private-owned company with history of over 100 years. Their major focus is the development and production of rotationally symmetric engine components and components for fuel rail systems. It develops and produced high-precision products for various applications mainly in automotive, aerospace, and military engineering industry. Their main client includes BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Ford, Audi, and etc.



At the moment, their business has now reached a maturity in Langfang, where they require a Quality Manager to join them.



As a Quality Manager, you need to improve quality assurance system to ensure that the product quality meet company quality requirements, and co-ordinate and administrate the requirements of the TS16949 including audits and forward planning. Also, you need to lead and direct the quality management team (QA/QC) to ensure that the sites Quality KPIs are achieved, train and motivate departmental personnel, manage the complaint response process, and review and sign off all validation documents, procedures and complaint investigations.



To be successful, engineering undergraduate educational background is preferred, minimum 8 years hands-on experience from quality, manufacturing, process improvement related fields, and with at least 4 years working experiences in automotive field is essential. Furthermore, you need to have good command of English and Mandarin, and at least three years experiences in leadership position.
