Our client is a young and dynamic commercial contractor operating out of the Eastern suburbs for more than fifteen years. Their specialities include but are not limited to commercial, industrial and multi residential construction. Headed up by professionals who are well known throughout the Industry, this young and dynamic company has seen steady growth from day one and is currently sitting on 8 projects up to the value of $160M across a number of sub-sectors.

They currently require a Senior Site Manager to take control of their $60M commercial / multi residential project. This project will include a large commercial area and apartments. There will be two tower cranes on site and you will be required to take control from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be required to have experience in taking project from the ground up and also have experience working with tower cranes. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a project forward while keeping quality at the high standards expected. You will be surrounded by a supportive team including foremen and engineers and given all the help and support you need.

This is a permanent role as the company has set its sights on bringing in more large scale projects and already have two in the pipeline.
