Our client is seeking an immediately available qualified HR Advisor for a FIFO contract based in the North West.



Reporting to the HR Superintendent you will operate in a generalist capacity with key responsibilities surrounding the delivery of advice and coaching to key stakeholders on matters including remuneration and benefits, performance reviews, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, resourcing and other HR policies and procedures.



It is essential that you have previous vocational Australian human resources experience and can demonstrate a strong background in employee relations and case management. It would be preferred if you have exposure to indigenous liaison and engagement strategies and have prior experience with interpreting industrial tools.



This position will initially be offered on a contractual basis but has the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the successful applicant.



It is preferred that you have previously worked in a FIFO capacity and ideally have worked within the mining sector.
