Our client is a US-funded company with a long-standing international business in developing most advanced memory controller and System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. We are looking for a Experienced Firmware Development Director to join our highly animated international team based in Shanghai.

To be successful, you will have to lead your team to focus on SSD and SSD Controller products to develop SATA, SAS and PCIe memory technology. And also, your key role would be managing supervising a highly animated team to enlarge it and motivate its operation to improve overall business.

Ideally, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience of the storage industry, in SSD, HDD, storage systems or a related technology and have a practical experience in managing projects in both software and hardware. A minimum 20 years' experience including people management experience is a must. Expatriate who would like to be located in Shanghai would be a perfect.
