Our client is a world leading pharmaceutical company with strong branding and business in the local market. Currently they're looking for accounting expert who can act as business partner of accounting department to support its business.



Reporting directly to the local Head of Accounting Business Partner, the jobholder acts as a Bridge between the local Business and the main Accounting players.

Coordinate relevant and material accounting and reporting activities to ensure a high quality and effectiveness of the local and global reporting data in order to support Business decisions

To prepare and support Internal& External audits and coordinate the follow-up of the results together with relevant functions in the local organization

Exercise close communication with local Business functions, deeply understand and identify their needs, optimise processes and provide solutions to support business development

Perform business related GL activities that require accounting and business knowledge

Perform contract review and risk analysis in cooperation with business functions, Legal Department , Finance & Tax, Central accounting and global subgroup Accounting.

Give input to the business regarding potential financial risks

Support the standardisation of postings logics and postings

Maintain relationship with local authority which has direct interface with accounting function

Project support upon assignment



As a successful applicant, you should have academic degree in business administration or equivalent. Min. 5 years of experience in Accounting and Controlling. Extensive knowledge of the internal and external Accounting, general knowledge of tax, finance related process in the legal entity. Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Native language speaker preferred with fluent English. Competence to grasp an overview of complex subject matters and to deduce operational activities. Strong influence ability to find win-win solutions. An individual performer, but work with virtue teams
