This well recognised mining operation is currently increasing the size and quality of their safety team. As a result they are now recruiting for a safety system coordinator for a 8/6 position to join their growing team. With a hard working and friendly culture this mining company prides itself on keeping their working safe and happy in the workplace.
As part of your position you will work with the safety team and supervisors on site to ensure all policies and procedures are compliant with legislation. You will work the the safety systems in place and continuously implement and develop improvements. You will support the safety superintendent in their role and be a support to the management team.
You will have a 3-5 years operational mining experience as a safety systems or compliance advisor. you will have exposure to all safety systems and have an in - depth knowledge of implementing changes within these systems. You will have the ability to build rapport and work well in a team environment
