Located in Wellington and in the retail and consumer products sector, this company is revising its focus to take on a new challenge. This job is all about developing the strategy to drive leads and build brand reputation, a key element in this company's success - do you want to be part of the revolution?
Managing a team of 5, your ability to motivate, mentor and guide your team members, whilst maintaining traction in your deliverables is essential. Your previous experience across a range of marketing functions including campaign management, customer experience, market research and insights, digital management and communications will mean you can guide your team to deliver on the ultimate goals of lead generation and brand awareness.
A confident speaker who knows their stuff you are comfortable presenting to Board level, and can think on your feet with the ability to make quick decisions. Building strong business relationships comes naturally to you and you are used to managing PSAs and company contracts. This role will allow you the opportunity to get involved at a leadership level in large scale projects that will transform the business to become the envy of its competitors.
