This NSW Government Department is looking for a Researcher who is an expert user of SPSS to join their team to carry out quantitative analysis of special projects. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing and evaluating data, drawing conclusions and writing comprehensive reports.



You will have exceptional technical skills and the ability to work with large data sets. These skills will allow you to collate the data in innovative ways. Excellent analysis and problem solving skills are essential along with the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Past experience working in health, disability or human services with a thorough understanding of Social Policy is essential.



To be successful you will have advanced SPSS and Excel skills, be immediately available and have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. You will also need to be familiar with the use of ABS data and how to navigate your way through this quickly and effectively.
