This well known public sector department provide essential support to a section of the community. Having been established for many years they handle disputes and queries in line with their service.



Due to upcoming changes an experienced Change Manager is required with immediate effect to put in place necessary strategy in the department. This is initially a three month contract which has the potential to extend.



Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the OD team, you will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive change management strategy. You will use your project management experience within Human Resources to effectively put in place the best measures for success. You will also be expected to provide generalist advice based on business needs. This is an exciting role which will see you build relationships at all levels ensuring a smooth change management process.



To be considered for this role you must have prior Change Management experience within the Public Sector and have worked at an AO7 level. In return you will be part of an exciting period of change where your choices will make a difference.
