Branch Development Manager | Home based covering the South East - c£30,000 plus car/allowance and bonus
You will be working for a division of a FTSE 250 business, offering all the benefits and opportunities you would expect with a blue chip client, but for a smaller division where you can really make an impact, get noticed and make a difference. This is a caring sector and you will be supporting a business that helps people through difficult times with compassion, respect, openness and care.
The role is to pro actively manage to the day to day relationships directors in the branch networks regards FUNERAL PLANS assisting with:
Business Development
Sales techniques
Training
Supporting the marketing department with promotions
Attending regular head office meetings
Ideally you have worked within the funeral industry or have sold funeral plans on behalf of a 3rd party. However anyone with a sales or retail background will be considered if you can display a genuine desire to do this role and can demonstrate transferable skills.
