Senior Building Services Engineer

A local Building Services Engineering Consultancy in Manchester due to expansion are looking to recruit Senior Building Services Engineers to join their team. This company are looking for ambitious Mechanical and electrical engineers who commit themselves to low carbon solutions. It is anticipated that as the company grows that you will be expected to progress within the company and take on more responsibility.



Requirements:

- A qualified Engineer with a proven and demonstrable track record on multiple project types and technical breadth.

- Able to work using their own initiative with minimal supervision.

- Able to work under the clear direction of others and interpret the needs of the project where applicable.



Core Responsibilities

- Work within the MEP discipline team providing detailed technical design on projects.

- Produce detailed equipment schedules for issue with the discipline specific designs.

- Carry out detailed calculations appropriate to the discipline and review the work of others for accuracy.
