Lead Service Delivery Analyst

Prestigious opportunity with a UK Multinational for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to Lead the team! This is a high profile role within our vibrant and fast paced environment, for a Team Lead to drive the technical service delivery to even greater success.



As our Lead Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for:-

- Leading a small team of technical Service Desk Analysts

- Managing the lifecycle of the call

- Supporting ecommerce sites, mobile, apps and instore devices

- Dealing with multiple suppliers

- Understanding of retail back end processes, e.g. stock movements, payment service, product and price changes



Successful candidates will possess previous experience working in a complex support environment, in addition to a combination of the following skills:-

- Technical service desk experience#

- Previous team leading or mentoring

- Working to SLAs and KPIs

- Supporting, escalating and communicating issues

- Change, incident and problem Management
