Our client, founded by a group of highly experienced and talented individuals, specialise in Construction, Fit Out and Civil Engineering across a number of national offices. The Construction division specialise in a variety of industries, offering both residential and commercial new builds including hotels, leisure facilities and accommodation blocks.



Due to expansion, we are now looking for an Estimator to join the team and help manage increasing enquiries. The Estimator will work closely with the Construction Director and will be integral to the successful running of the division. In addition to general estimates, you will get involved with bid management, process management and work closely with the client to manage the whole process.



To be considered for this role, it is important that you have the following experience:



· Quantity Surveying/Estimating experience

· Bid management experience

· Extensive knowledge of the Construction industry
