Hays is recruiting for a leading supplier within the Public Services arena. This job is based in the Newbury area.



As a junior member of the Business Project Management team you will provide the organisation with structured Project Management control within business, organisational and technology change projects. The role is focused in supporting business change which may include IT solutions, but with principle focus on supporting the business.



As the successful candidate, you must demonstrate a background working within a business change environment. Solid project management experience together with demonstrable involvement in the impact of change will be of particular interest. This will include strong stakeholder management skills and an in-depth knowledge of techniques used during such programmes of change. You will possess a genuine desire to support the aims of the organisation and look to grow your experience within the role.
