Business Planning Analyst

As part of the Enterprise Group supply chain team, this role will work with product marketing and other worldwide partners to create product transition forecasts that will enable HP to position the right material, in the right place at the right time. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join a global team, with a focus on transforming the supply chain into a competitive advantage for Hewlett-Packard.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with marketing and regional partners to develop unit forecast for new products


• Manage product lifecycle dates


• Create robust product transition plans


• Drive product portfolio simplification with marketing partners


• Drive forecast accuracy metrics to achieve goals


• Communicate product demand plans to external suppliers


• Develop analysis and recommendations for strategic and life time buys

QUALIFICATIONS:



Strong communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and cross regional environment

Proficient in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Skilled in data analysis

Established knowledge in supply chain principles

Demonstrated executive presentation skills

Skilled in identifying risks and developing risk mitigation plans

Experience in scenario planning
