BPO Sales Executive - Hi-Tech Industry

San Francisco Bay Area, US - Information Technology and Services



Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Sales Executive - Hi-Tech Industry - responsible for:

- Generating, pursuing and closing quality BPO deals.

- Professionally representing HP to the Client for BPO Outsourcing deals up to $75m. Total Contract Value (TCV).

- Achieving or exceeding annual quota of $20m - $40m.

- Developing and maintaining pipeline of 3X annual quota.

- Contributing thought leadership as a Subject Matter Expert.

- Working closely with the Industry account teams to understand client requirements and industry trends.

- Managing the entire sales cycle from generating and qualifying opportunities through contract negotiations.

- Leading the pursuit team in developing and substantiating compelling value propositions.

- Developing deal timeline and ensuring pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadlines.

- Assembling and managing cross functional team to pursue deals.

- Leading end-to-end contracting process.

- Working closely with Business and Portfolio owners to bring differentiated offerings to the market.

- Insure an effective transition of the deal from pursuit team to delivery team.



Qualifications




Education and Experience Required:

- BPO sales executive with a proven track record of generating and selling BPO services in North America.


- Relevant experience in selling BPO services including Finance & Accounting, HR, CRM, Document Processing, or Cards & Payments Services.


- Proven track record of:

- Penetrating new and emerging BPO markets,




- Winning New Logos,


- Cross selling / Upselling into existing accounts.


- Experience in shaping relevant BPO solutions including complex multi-tower.


- Working knowledge of relevant solution type (Finance and Accounting, CRM, Document Processing, Industry BPO Solutions).


- Experience in large, multi-year service contact negotiations.


- Experience working within a large, matrixed and virtual organizational environment.


- 15+ years sales experience in BPO / Services Outsourcing.


- Bachelor's or advanced University degree preferable.

- Existing CXO relationships and rolodex coming in


- Deep understanding of BPO


- Understands deal dynamics


- Strong business & industry network


- Existing Advisory relationships
