Main Role: Define, Manage and Execute Digital Marketing campaigns across Accenture Interactive projects
Job Scope
- Define digital marketing plan for eCommerce projects
- Ensure delivery of high quality digital marketing campaigns to achieve target KPIs in customer acquisitions, sales orders and customer service
- Support the Project Manager in delivery and operations of eCommerce projects
- Drive value creation, thought leadership and innovation in digital marketing
- Engage and manage mid-level clients from marketing departments
- Manage 3rd party marketing service providers (e.g. agencies) for execution and operation.
Qualification :
Experience
- 3 –5 years experience in Digital Marketing planning and execution
- Track record in driving digital marketing campaigns to achieve target KPIs in new customer acquisitions, sales orders and customer service
- Experience in production of management reports in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word formats
- Mid level skills in usage of Excel to perform data analysis
- Industry experience in Telecommunication industry is preferred but not necessary
- Exposure to key eCommerce tasks from Strategy, Consumer Research, Digital Media Planning to eCommerce Operations and Website Optimization.
- Working experience in either Consulting, Agency or In-house Digital Marketing Department.
- Proven skills in interacting with cross functional teams in Marketing and Technology
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Enjoys working in an open and agile environment
