A global market leader in E-Learning solutions is in a phase of expansion and is looking for a Sydney based Virtual Account Manager to offer consultancy and technical support solutions to the loyal client base.



Working from the comfort of your own home, you will have the hardware and systems set up for you to enable you to work to the best of your ability. Your main responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of business clients to receive calls and offer guidance and support on initial set-up of e-learning program. You will be building client relationships by facilitating the resolution of client problems and concerns . You will also provide consultative support of the sales reps efforts in renewing and upgrading client contacts by engaging in the appropriate support activities with customers, and develop and host virtual training sessions to assist customers to become self-sufficient in use of features on the programs.



The successful candidate will have a background in E-learning and Customer Service experience, ideally managing client accounts. You will have the ability to advise clients on business skills and IT curricula choices, and general familiarity of Internet and common web technologies (web browsers, HTML, JavaScript, Flash). We are open to applications from graduates with a proven link or interest in E-Learning.



You will be working Monday to Friday 9 until 5 based in your own home office. You will be fully set up with hardware and systems to enable you to complete all the work necessary and full training is provided. The salary will be $65K + Super + a 10% bonus.
