Compensation & Benefits Manager (Regional)

Singapore, SG - Hospitality



A new and exciting position has arisen within a global MNC for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to develop and implement the agenda for certain developed and emerging markets within this specified region. Due to the rapid growth of this area, you will be responsible for setting up compensation and benefits policies and procedures as well as rolling out global initiatives across various markets.



Reporting to the Regional Head, you will implement rewards and remuneration recognition strategies to attract, motivate and retain talent to support the business goals including the review of policies and manage the annual compensation review process.



Part of your responsibilities will be to assist in the review of schemes as well as annual promotion increments and performance bonus exercises. You will also prepare new salary computations for approval and conduct job evaluations along with providing statistics for monthly head count reports



The suitable candidate would be Degree educated with between 3 to 5 years relevant experience, preferably within a consultancy, and have strong stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
