This company are well known food manufacturing company. They supply leading retailers Australia wide.



In this role you will provide effective management and strategic leadership across the production department. You will implement process improvement projects and drive strategic change whilst working in partnership with maintenance, quality and distribution.



To be successful for this role you will have proven operational management experience within the food manufacturing industry. Previous experience in high risk food production and the ability to implement and drive change management are essential to this role. Additionally you will have proven success in staff management and highly effective team leadership capability.
