This company is a highly successful ICT company specializing in Managed Services, Data Center, Cloud and System Integration. With a global presence and regional scope this company has one of the best service platforms in the region. It is partnered with some of the biggest hardware vendors and has excellent pre-sales and technical support staff in Hong Kong. Due to ongoing internal movement there is a senior position available for a skilled Head of Sales candidate to lead a sales force of 15-20 sales people in Hong Kong.



This role is primarily focused on the delivery of strategic business goals. This will be achieved through the management and development of Sales people. It will involve working closely with the sales force and vendors; providing direction, leadership and guidance on complex bids & proposals. You will be expected to mentor and guide middle management, helping them achieve their business objectives. You will be expected to carry significant sales quotas and manage budgets across the business units in Hong Kong.



To be successful you will need to have over 15-20+ years experience in the ICT sector in either a vendor, service provider or a Unified Communications (local or regional) carrier. you will need to have considerable experience managing large teams of 10-20 people. You will need experience with managing budget, P&L and sales planning/quota management. You must have a degree or qualifications in IT or Telecommunications related field of study. You must be able to speak Fluent English and Cantonese.
