Our client is a strong corporation in the financial industry that is well known internationally. It prides itself in providing effective and reasonably priced solutions to their business partners, as well as individual clients. They work with a wide variety of foreign and domestic securities firms and market participants. They deal with foreign entities extensively, which means they need the candidate to handle international contracts and legal documents.



Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel to assist the company with a wide variety of financial and commercial contracts and agreements, as well as various types of legal documents. You will deal with foreign business entities on a daily basis, interact with international market participants, and participate in joint venture deals. You will also work closely with other departments to facilitate profit-making for the business.



You should speak very fluent English. A native English speaker is preferred. Japanese language skill is preferred but not required. You must have a law degree, preferably with bar qualification (in Japan or overseas), but it is not strictly required. You should be proactive and have good work ethics. Excellent time management skills is essential for this position.
