Commercial Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a commercial finance professional for a Finance Business Partner role aligned to their Customer & Marketing department within their Head office in Southampton. The purpose of this job role is to support and provide advice to strategic and operational decision making via financial insights for improved business performance.



This is an excellent opportunity offering visibility internally and is responsible for fully understanding the key strategic business objectives for the function. Partnering with key stakeholders across the functions and challenging to support decision making will be essential, as will be the ability to influence such stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered.



The job will require a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in financial management, analysis and control. This position leads the budget and forecast process for the Customer & Marketing cost budgets and validate / challenge key plans using your skill set such as Promotions, Price Investment, Trading & Price.



Although there are no direct reports to this role, you will manage the workload and priorities of Analysts within the company to achieve objectives. My client is seeking a proven commercial finance professional who has the ability to deliver on this fantastic position.
