This aged care organisation requires an experienced receptionist to join their team for a short term temporary period.



The primary function of the role is to efficiently and effectively operate reception ensuring continuous service throughout office hours. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors, taking and directing calls, arranging all post and couriers and assisting with any additional administrative tasks. This is a busy customer role servicing internal and external stakeholders and as such we are seeking candidates with experience in a similar position.



You will have accurate typing skills and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft office suite. You must have demonstrated experience in delivering a high level of customer service preferably within the aged care sector. You will be a team player and possess strong organisational skills. On offer, is a competitive hourly rate and full time hours.
