• Defining strategies for the registration of Bayer HealthCare, Diabetes Care products for the countries in the EU and EMEA regions


• Act as the liaison with Health Authorities and Regulatory Agencies to achieve successful outcomes including a consensus approach that directly supports the Division's plans for product commercialization


• Proactively monitor changing regulatory requirements in the regions, assess the impact on the Diabetes Care Division, and develop strategies to meet the requirements, including programs and training to ensure their successful implementation
