This global leading company has strong business in China with multiple manufacturing sites. Due to continuous growth of their business they are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong background within similar industry to join their operation in Suzhou which is one of the core business units in China.
You will lead a team that is responsible for partnering with business to provide advice and support around Human Resources arrangements. You will ensure plant HR strategy was executed and maximize organizational effectiveness. You will also heavily involved in employee career path design and succession planning by monitoring performance, managing internal training team, developing high competency and liaising with key stakeholders. This highly strategic role also looks after C&B policy and process, corporate culture and organizational communication both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to manage all processes in a high paced and challenging environment. You need to have at least 8 years experience in HR management with 5 years at managerial position. You will also have superior analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
