This highly successful Financial Services organisation is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant. It is a newly created position as a result of growth within the organisation and also to allow the HR team to develop and implement the HR strategy whilst still maintaining the same high level of service delivery for HR issues.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in a full HR Generalist role within Financial Services and will be comfortable working in a role that is both operational and strategic. It is essential that candidates have proven experience coaching managers on performance management and strong experience handling sensitive employee relations issues such as terminations and exits.
Due to consistent growth the Senior HR Consultant will also be expected to play an important role in the recruitment of new staff, ranging from junior to senior management roles. As a senior HR employee the candidate will also have experience in and be confident advising on Learning & Development, WHS and immigration management (457's etc).
