The Retail Sourcer is responsible for front end management research and recruiting to support a region within our field organization.
We build the teams that drive retail store sales, therefore a strong commitment to innovation and technology is important to this role. The person we are looking for must have demonstrated strong commitment to and a history of driving better business results through the acquisition of great talent.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by the quality and quantity of candidates which meet the requirements of the business, fulfill changing needs, and enable creation of pipeline for future.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail leadership recruiting experience preferred.
- Recruiting experience in a high-end specialty or big-box retailing organization is essential.
- Possesses research and networking skills with social networks, data mining and cold calling.
- Experienced in developing and implementing innovative staffing strategies for talent teams.
- Understands the value of building and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners.
- Possesses an established national network of retail staffing colleagues.
- Motivated and results-driven to communicate and influence effectively with peer group, customers, and candidates.
- Takes initiative to leverage all resources to unearth the very best talent for the job.
- Possesses drive and initiative to manage the most challenging openings and perseveres until the position is filled.
- Results oriented. A desire to succeed and deliver upon required metrics successfully.
Description
Works with Recruitment Leader to maintain clear understanding of all current and potential vacancies.
Thinks strategically, and acts proactively to fill current needs as well as understands the value in building a pipeline for future opportunities.
Responsible for building talent pipeline through recruiting, networking, and cold calling.
Provides consistent and specific measurables, fostering a culture of accountability.
Works efficiently using candidate database tools and processes to ensure productivity.
Establishes a network to support ability to present candidates quickly into the pipeline.
Leverages strong organizational and communication skills to flex to multiples needs and people.
Understands and follows HR guidelines and principles as they pertain to recruiting and hiring.
Builds strong relationships between potential candidates, corporate and field partners
