Hays are recruiting for a leading Entertainment Company with a strong presence in Sydney. They are experiencing fast growth and require an experienced Customer Knowledge Analyst to come into the role and take ownership of their marketing reporting.



Reporting in to the Senior Financial Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis on the member database and insights to guide actions to be taken to increase revenue. You will also be expected to provide insights into customer experiences and behaviours to support marketing promotions. Your time will be split between pulling reports and analysing data to support decisions of the marketing team.



To be considered for this role, you will be degree qualified in Marketing or similar, have a Retail, Travel or Leisure background, with strong relationship building and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a strong drive and takes ownership of their work. Proven experience with Loyalty Programs and increase in sales as a result is paramount. It is also essential that you have experience using Cognos Business Intelligence Software.
