The Capacity Specialist is accountable for conducting and overseeing capacity management activities across all accounts assigned. This includes all platforms and networks and ensuring capacity data is captured and data is available for reporting. The Capacity

Manager is also responsible for ensuring plans and reports are produced and meet agreed delivery commitments. The Capacity Manager will oversee, assist, advise and train all staff in the preparation of plans and reports. Will consult on recommendations

for clients and account management. The Capacity Manager must be prepared to respond to client enquires, issues and assist with capacity assessments and any other standard capacity management activities
