Commercial Lawyer, 6+ PQE

A well-established provider of healthcare and pharmaceutical services in the Asia region currently seeks a mid-senior level commercial lawyer to support its corporate services functions based in Hong Kong. You will be expected to provide legal advice and handle a broad range of commercial and compliance matters including contracts reviewing and drafting, managing disputes/claims, resolving issues relating to intellectual property and employment as well as perform other legal duties as assigned.



To be considered, you will need to have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience and currently residing in Hong Kong. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is not essential if you have previously dealt with/handled a broad range of commercial legal contracts. As the role does not require Chinese language skills and Hong Kong qualification, foreign lawyers who have previously worked in other parts of the Asian region are encouraged to apply.
