1. Had very strong technology background on Rudy analysis, design, testing, and deploy.



2. Be very familiar with Ruby on rails framework.



3. Had good proposal ability and experience to client



4. Had rich Ruby project management experience



5. Good communication and fluent Japanese and English ability.



6. Can travel to Japan at least 6 months



7. Need to travel to DL if necessary
